Addison House Bed and Breakfast

The Addison House is a circa 1880s residence in the Fernandina Beach Historic District converted to use as a bed and breakfast facility. Three new structures were designed for the site and connected via covered porches. In total, eight guest rooms and a caretaker’s quarters were added to the existing historic home. The arrangement of four smaller, residentially scaled buildings wrapped around a central garden courtyard fit seamlessly into the residential context of the area while creating a unique getaway for guests.
