St. Augustine Beach Residence #1

This residence is a 4,000-square-foot, Florida Vernacular style home in the Sea Colony neighborhood of St. Augustine Beach. The design was inspired by the traditional seacoast architecture of Florida with stucco first floor, lap siding at the second floor, and standing seam metal roofing. The house features a beach-view tower and a two-story garage/study connected to the house by a covered breezeway.
